The French Riviera Pass uses NFC (Near Field Communication) technology: you can access your leisure activities thanks to a contactless card that you simply wave in front of a suitable reader during your visits or on public transport. If you have chosen the e-ticket, you will receive the pdf version within an hour of booking: simply present it at the entrance to each site. How long is my French Riviera Pass valid? From the first use, the validity period is necessarily consecutive and will be in accordance with the choice made at the time of purchase, either 24, 48 or 72 hours. For example, for a 24-hour card, if you use it for the first time at 2pm on Saturday, it will be valid until 2pm on Sunday. Is the French Riviera Pass suitable for disabled people and their carers? We invite you to inquire with each provider. Can I visit the same site twice with my French Riviera Pass? No, you can only access each site included in your French Riviera Pass once. Are the sites open to the public all year round? Yes for the vast majority of sites, with the exception of certain public holidays. In order to avoid disappointment and to prepare your stay as well as possible, you should refer to the description of each activity or to the guidebook delivered with your French Riviera Pass, contact the sites you wish to visit directly, or contact our welcome staff by e-mail, telephone or at reception points who will be happy to help you. Do I have to book certain visits in advance? Yes, it will be necessary to book some guided tours or workshops in advance. You can buy your French Riviera Pass online or consult the list of sales points. Please note: only passes without transport can be booked online, if you wish to buy a pass with the transport option you must go to one of our physical points of sale. At the end of your secure transaction, you will receive an initial e-mail confirming your booking, followed by a second message containing your French Riviera Pass in the form of a printable pdf file. Do I have to give my name when I buy it? To benefit from the many free accesses and advantages offered, it is necessary to purchase a French Riviera Pass per person. It will become personal once collected by the end user, who may be different from the purchaser, especially in the case of an online purchase. Only the usual information relating to the payer will be required via our secure payment platform. It is therefore not necessary to give your name to purchase your French Riviera Pass. French Riviera Passes are offered at a single price. Do you offer discounts for groups, students, seniors? No. Only a professional rate (10% discount) is offered for groups or students whose payer is a company, an association or a university. The sites included in the French Riviera Pass are all cultural or leisure sites that can be accessed free of charge with your card for the duration of the chosen period (24, 48 or 72 hours). At the same time, for a period of 1 month from the first use of your French Riviera Pass, you will be able to benefit from advantages and discounts at our partners, regardless of the duration chosen for your French Riviera Pass. Please note Special shopping offers are only valid during the period of validity of your French Riviera Pass. ▪ Option transport Where can I buy a French Riviera Pass with transport? Please note: only passes without transport can be booked online, if you wish to buy a pass with the transport option you must go to one of our physical points of sale. Which means of transport can I use with the French Riviera Pass with transport option? This pass allows you to travel freely for the duration of the French Riviera Pass on the bus and tram network of the Nice Côte d’Azur Metropolis. You can also use your FRP with transport to take the Chemin de Fer de Provence to discover the Musée du Sport and the Allianz Riviera stadium, as well as the tourist shuttles to discover the Fondation Maeght in Saint Paul de Vence, or the Domaine de la Source on the hills of Bellet. Please note: this pass does not include transport to Antibes or Monaco, nor train journeys. Can I use the French Riviera Pass with transport to/from the airport? Yes, you can use your French Riviera Pass with the transport option to and from Nice Côte d’Azur airport using the tram or bus network Lignes d’Azur. Does the transport option allow me to use the "Parcazur" park-and-ride sites? Yes, you can park your vehicle in one of the “Parcazur” park-and-ride facilities and continue your journey on the Lignes d “Azur transport network (bus and tram). To leave the Parcazur with your vehicule, you must respect the validation conditions : the first validation must be made within 2hrs30 after entering the Parcazur the second must be made at least one station before the one where the Parcazur is located For more information on the <a href=”https://www.lignesdazur.com/parc-relais” rel=”noopener” target=”_blank”>Parcazur</a> Does the first use of my French Riviera Pass also trigger my transport pass? No, the 2 passes are independent. The transport pass will only be triggered when the pass is used for the first time on public transport, and not when you visit a partner site or activity. For example, for a 48-hour French Riviera Pass, you can visit a museum at 2pm and only take public transport the next day at 2pm: you will then have 24 hours left of free access to the partner sites but still 48 hours of free transport!
